Information regarding officer elections for the next year will be released in the spring of that school year

Step 1: Application/1 Letter of Recommendation/ 1 Teacher Evaluation-

The completed application includes the linked application, 1 letter of recommendation and 1 teacher evaluation to be considered a complete application

The following documents must be turned in as part of the Officer Application & are due the same day

- 1 letter of recommendation, not from a family member or one of the CSHS Ag Teachers

*These may be emailed to clearspringsffa@gmail.com or turned in hardcopy by the deadline

- 1 Teacher Evaluations to be completed by a Clear Springs teacher, not from a family member or one of the CSHS Ag Teachers

*must be a different person from your recommendation letter*

- A copy of your most recent grade report will be pulled from Skyward by teachers

Step 2: Officer Exam-

Candidates for FFA office will complete an exam to be administered on the same day as interviews, you will need your computer

Step 3: Officer Interviews-

The interview process will take place on campus in the Ag Rooms candidates will be excused from 7th period to prepare and start interviews. Full Official Dress is required.

Step 4: Speech-

Speeches will be given at the April FFA meeting. All candidates need to wear full official dress to the meeting and will present their speech to the members

Step 5: Popular Vote-  as long as we have a quorum of members

The popular vote will be conducted via an online voting system after speeches are given
